With this service, we find you a suitable tenant, source references, draw up your tenancy agreement, and collect the first month's rent and deposit, which is then forwarded to you minus our fee.

You conduct your own viewings, draw up your fixtures and fittings inventory, arrange for a gas safety check and certificate, collect your rent each month and deal with any maintenance issues plus the day to day running of the property.

We can of course provide extras such as accompanied viewings, fixtures and fittings inventory and organise the gas safety check and certificate for a small fee.
